The inspiration for the table started with these adorable miniature birds nested with speckled eggs. They are just a couple dollars at Hobby Lobby and I like how they add that Spring nature feel.
The floral runner was purchased at World Market a few years back and used in a previous Thanksgiving table. I'm still loving my gold flatware from Amazon - they add some bling!
Bunnies certainly say Easter, don't they? Again, a Hobby Lobby find.
This "egg" centerpiece adds a festive, pastel touch. The large eggs are perfect!
Oh how I wish I had a yard full of blooming hydrangeas. I don't even care what color, they are just so lush and gorgeous. These are from the grocery store- too bad I can never get them to last very long! Putting them in a mason jar feels more casual than using a formal vase.
Whose ready for brunch?
Have a great Easter!

Megan, it snuck up on my as well. love the table decorations, especially the bunny. may need to go shopping after easter for next year!

ReplyDeleteYour table is so pretty! I love hydrangeas too, I have a few plants in my yard, I am the same I don't care what color blooms, I just like looking at them. I like that you were able to shop your house to get most of the components of the table, its a great way to save money.
ReplyDeleteMegan, this is so pretty. I haven't even thought about my table. Eek. I am a huge hydrangea lover as well.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe it's almost easter! It's super early this year. Love your easter table, so, so pretty. I'm so with you on the hydrangeas, my fav too!
ReplyDeleteI adore this! So pretty and whimsical for Easter!!
ReplyDeleteI really enjoy reading both of your blogs and your Easter table looks both beautiful and inviting! With regard to making cut hydrangeas last, I stumbled upon the "Alum Dip Method" (see link below) a while back and it really works. My Trader Joe's hydrangeas sometimes last for two weeks!

So pretty! I'm with you on the hydrangeas, love them but they always die too soon!
ReplyDeleteIts so pretty!! I love the flowers too and wish I could grow them. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteLooks wonderful. I'll be there for brunch! Hydrangeas are my favorite flower as well. They're just so classic and beautiful, but I'm also partial because they were my wedding bouquet.
ReplyDeleteI always add a few drops of regular bleach to the water. It works like a charm for them to last longer and it keeps the water clear. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat table.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to have you link this post to Seasonal Sundays. The link goes up at 7:00 pm Saturday night.
